Joe Edwards who is part of our Special Submariners swimmers competed again at the BRITISH DOWN SYNDROME CHAMPIONSHIPS at Crawley on 6th & 17th November.
Joe is still only 15yrs old won 8 GOLD medals in: 200m Freestyle 100m Freestyle 50m Freestyle 100m Breaststroke 50m Breaststroke 50m Backstroke 50m Butterfly 100m Individual Medley (IM)
This wasn’t all, JOE HAS ALSO BEEN SELECTED TO REPRESENT GREAT BRITON IN THE FULL BRITISH DOWN SYNDROME SQUAD !!
Joe has been swimming with us now for several years and we have seen how he has grown in confidence and technique this is due to all the hard work that Joe has put in over the years. Joe is also a great role model for all our younger swimmers at Special Submariners.
