Special Submariners (SOSA)
Yellow Submarine Swim School are proud to announce that they are incorporating Special Olympics St Albans (SOSA) within our swim school
We will be offering swimming lessons to children from the age of 8 years up who have Special Educational Needs (SEN)
The lessons are 30 mins and are held at Townsend School pool on a Thursday evening 6pm – 7.30pm
There will be a teacher and volunteers in the water who will not only teach the children to swim, improve technique but to build confidence and feel safe within the water
The classes are small so places are limited and there will be a trial period before a place is offered
AUTUMN 2025
THURSDAY 11th SEPTEMBER – THURDAY 11th DECEMBER Half term is THURSDAY 30th OCTOBER The cost of the term is £156 (£12 a lesson) and is 13 weeks
SPRING 2026
THURSDAY 8th JANUARY – THURSDAY 30th MARCH Half term is THURSDAY 19th FEBRUARY The cost of the term is £132 (£12 a lesson) and is 11 weeks
SUMMER 2026
THURSDAY 16th APRIL – THURSDAY 9th JULY Half term is THURSDAY 28th MAY The cost of the term is £144 (£12 a lesson) and is 12 weeks
