Terms & Conditions

LESSON FEES:
All fees must be paid in advance of start date or on the start date of a course.  Swimmers will not be allowed to participate in any lesson until the fees have been paid.

A course of lessons may be cancelled without charge by giving no less than 24 hours notice.

Notice of a cancellation of a course of lessons within 24 hours of commencement will result in the full fee being due.

Once a course has commenced, no refund will be given in the event of a cancellation.

In the event of a lesson having to be cancelled due to a teachers illness, pool maintenance or adverse weather conditions a refund will be given or that lessons fees being deducted from next term.
CHILDREN:
Children must have showered before the start of the lesson,  hair should be tied back and no jewellery/watches to be worn.
Children must not be left unattended, and parents to remain in swimming pool building.

MEDICAL FORMS:
Medical forms must be completed and signed declaring any known medical conditions.  This information must be updated every 12 months.

VALUABLES:
Yellow Submarine Swim School will not accept liability for the loss or damage to any personal effects brought to the lessons.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
No photography is allowed of the children unless permission is granted from the teachers and parents.
