Our team consists of four Level 2 swimming instructors, two Level 1 teachers and 5 swimming helpers.

Swimming Teacher & Founder
Hi, I’m a fully qualified ASA swimming instructor and founder of Yellow Submarine Swim School. I aim to teach the children that swimming is a fun sport that involves fundamental skills involved in other sports and is also a life skill.
I have always swam, having joined the local swim club at an early age and later joining the synchronised swimming club where I competed.

Hi, I have worked as an assistant for 6 years and have been a qualified swimming teacher for 6 years. I love teaching children a skill that they can use for the rest of their lives.

We started at Jak’s swim school about two & half years ago. My son really struggled with swimming and I almost gave up bringing him.
Jak really supported Jayden and myself through the progress until he finally got it! Now he is a good swimmer and I know Jayden wouldn’t be at the level he is now if he didn’t come to Yellow Submarine!
My daughter also comes to classes now and has grown in confidence. It’s a very friendly place and I like it that Jak gives feedback to you where necessary.
