Swimming is a life skill that we feel that every person should have access to.
We are friendly, experienced, ASA qualified teachers who’s lessons follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme and offer children’s swimming lessons in St Albans Herts.
We start the awards from Stage 1 through to Gold, the children that haven’t fulfilled the Stage 1 criteria, we give them an achievement certificate and sticker to show them how much they have improved.
All swimming teachers have been DBS checked and hold Safeguarding and Protecting children certificates. National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches or National Lifeguarding certificates. We are an Affiliated Swim England Swim School member and adhere to the Wave Power Child protection policy.
We are fully inclusive, motivating the children to enjoy the water and to achieve their full swimming potential through teaching and play. Our children’s swimming lessons are taught in a safe, fun, friendly and exciting environment. We aim to build confidence and children progress through the stages at their own pace regardless of age.
There are helpers in the water in the lower stages that are there to help and encourage the children to learn to swim when necessary.
Lessons are for beginners, improvers, advanced and for those wishing to improve technique and stamina and we cater for all abilities from the reluctant, nervous to the confident swimmer. If you are looking for children’s swimming lessons in St Albans, please get in touch.
The first lesson is a free trial to see if you and your children enjoy the lessons.
